Complete your Course Evaluation for your online class and enter to win a 3 credit hour online course!
You will be entered into the random drawing if 50% of the students in your online course, including you, complete the evaluation. Course evaluations are open to students from 10 a.m. November 19, 2008, through 9:59 p.m. December 10, 2008.
This award is sponsored by UofL’s Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning. Current employees of the Delphi Center are not eligible.
The randomly selected student will receive one free three-credit hour online course, undergraduate or graduate, to be taken during the spring 2009 semester. The recipient will be awarded at the per credit hour rate applicable to spring 2009 online courses, $410.80 for an undergraduate course or $592.80 for a graduate course. The recipient will be awarded a maximum of three credit hours and will not be awarded for more online credit hours than registered. The free course will be applied to the recipient’s spring 2009 university account and cannot be applied to a future semester.
The winner will be notified on or before December 19, 2008, and must be registered for a spring 2009 online course by January 13, 2009. If the recipient declines the award in writing via e-mail or does not register for an online course by this date, the award will go to the next randomly selected student who is registered for an online course. This selection would be made no later than January 14, 2009, and the winner notified on or before January 15, 2009.
If you complete an evaluation for more than one course, your name will only be entered once. Only students in online courses using evaluations coordinated by the Delphi Center are eligible. It is the recipient’s responsibility to report all sources of financial assistance to the Student Financial Aid Office.
