Have you heard about the Education in Action Scholarship?

The Education in Action Scholarship is provided by the Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership.  It is designed to assist residents in achieving their educational goals while on their way to self-sufficiency.  The Scholarship has the following eligibility requirements: 

  • Applicants must enroll in the Support Services program
  • Applicants are required to complete 40 hours of volunteer work
  • Applicants must be residents of Metro Louisville
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a two year or four year degree program
  • Applicants must meet the 3.0 GPA requirement
  • Applicants must meet the income requirements of 125% of federal poverty guidelines.
